Description of product: a 3D Printer Zortrax Inventure
3D printer made by Zortraxis designed to print elements with dimensions135 x 135 x 130 mm. The size of the printer is405 x 350 x 345 mm. For printing it uses two nozzles, which alternately deposit the core material and the support material.The support material dissolves in water.
Zortrax Inventure has a system of soluble supports, a closed heating chamber and a HEPA filter. The printer uses special cartridges as the material for printing.

Soluble support materials for 3D printer
Zortrax Inventure uses three different types of support materials soluble in water:Z-SUPPORT, Z-SUPPORT Plus oraz Z-SUPPORT Premium. After completion of the printing process, the support material can be removed without having to manually split support structuresfrom the model.

The printer uses three different materials, all water-soluble:Z-SUPPORT, Z-SUPPORT Plus i Z-SUPPORT Premium. All materials are biodegradable and do not require a solvent.

Z-SUPPORT is compatible with standard build tray attached to Zortrax Inventure. Black Plus Build Tray is recommended for printing using Z-ULTRAT Plus due to the higher temperature of the press. Z-SUPPORT Premium is compatible with all base filaments, so the type of tray depends on the temperature of thebase filament print.
Z-SUPPORT
Soluble support material PVA is designed to operate at a temperature of approx. 180 °C. compatible with Z-PLA, Z-PETG and Z-SEMIFLEX.
Z-SUPPORT Plus
Material based on PVA is designed for printing at temperatures up to 245 °C. compatible with Z-ULTRAT Plus, filament based on ABS.
Z-SUPPORT Premium
Support material based on the BVOH. Works with any basic material for Zortrax Inventure, absorbs quickly and leaves no traces.
Software Z-SUITE 2
Z-SUITE 2 is a user-friendly software for preparing models for 3D printing using a wide range of tools and services.

- Detection of thin walls Z-SUITE 2 automatically detects too thin walls, which can make problems during the printing process.
- Many options for filling- various options for filling ensure reliability and reduce the material consumption.

Materials available for Zortrax Inventure
Zortrax Inventure is compatible with all available materials for printers from the M series. The upgraded extruder allows you to print with more demanding filaments, for example, of type flex.
Z-SEMIFLEX
Semi-flexible thermoplastic, which bends without breaking under pressure. The material is perfect for the production of flexible parts.
Z-PETEG
Filament type PET, mixed with glycol to make it more durable and less vulnerable to cramp. It is resistant to acids, alkalis and oils.
Z-PLA
Eco-filament from biodegradable plastic. Recommended for printing complex models with lots of detail, as it has almost zero shrinkage factor.
Z-ULTRAT Plus
Based on ABS material, designed to reduce shrinkage and also to achieve better adhesion.
