Grove Zero Car Kit comes with 4 modules to create a line follower robot. The use of magnetic connectors allows very simple and quick assembly without soldering, making the kit ideal for the youngest. Included with the robot is a set of game maps for children ages 6 and up to develop skills and knowledge in math, problem solving and programming. The modules used in the Grove Zero sets are compatible with theLEGO.

The set includes 4 modules equipped with magnetic connectors. The system allows for quick and easy connection to each other without the need to solder them or using additional wires. The modules are marked with different colours which correspond to their functions. Pink for control, blue for input, white for output, green for power.
Basic functions of the robot
- Pink: Tracking
- Black: track
- Green: turn right
- Blue: turn left
- Red: stop
- Multi-colour recognition
- Once calibrated, it can react to different colors - for example, it can behave like a bull that, seeing red, backs up for one second and then drives forward for another two.
Programming the modules
The set is designed for children from 6 years of age. The product has a default program preloaded so it starts executing immediately after assembly. Just draw the route with a black marker (included in the set) and place the robot on it. The set may turn out to be a great didactic aid during programming classes at schools . The modules are programmed using a visual block language in the Codecraft environment, which makes it fun and easy to start learning programming.
