Product description: OPLÀ IoT Starter Kit - Arduino AKX00026

OPLÀ is the first IoT development platform that allows you to create your own IoT devices with full control over their algorithms and your own data. The connected devices can be managed in the Arduino IoT Cloud. The information read from the sensors can also be found there. The kit allows you to create 8 projects: 4 ready to deploy at home and 4 to learn about IoT, concepts and how to apply it in everyday life. It includes components such as Arduino MKR 1010, OLED display, MKR IoT Carrier Board, sensors and cables.

MKR IoT Carrier Board

The OPLÀ IoT Kit includes a custom MKR IoT Carrier Board developer board that contains the sensors, relays, and Grove connectors needed to connect other sensors so you can focus solely on programming without worrying about peripheral connection issues. With Grove connectors, you can easily connect all the sensors and modules in the Grove series that are compatible with Arduino.

The OPLÀ kit contains

  • MKR IoT Carrier Board with display
  • Arduino MKR WiFi 1010
  • Plastic housing
  • 2x cables
  • Motion sensor
  • Soil moisture sensor
  • USB cable
  • 12-month Create Maker Plan subscription

Allows you to create 8 projects

This kit contains the elements to create 8 projects. You can use 4 of them in your home or office:

  • Remote control of lighting or other devices
  • Home weather station
  • Smart garden
  • Thermostat

The other 4 will help you learn about IoT, the concepts, and how they can be used in everyday life:

  • Home alarm
  • A device that tracks the solar system
  • "Thinking of you" - communication between OPLÀ and the Arduino IoT Cloud
  • Inventory management
