Description
The development board with the Si4703 FM tuner. In addition to setting the FM Si4703 station, it can also detect and process radio RDS data, as well as information about radio RBDS data transmission. The tuner also allows you to display the name of the receiving station and the name of the currently played song.
Using this board, you can receive FM radio stations, as well as using a normal radio. Board has all the necessary pins to connect a tuner for your radio project. Board is powered with the voltage of 3.3 V and it communicates using the I2C bus. SLEEP enables the change of the system's operation mode. Two connectors - GPIO1 and GPIO2, can be used as shared I/O pins or used for functions such as RDS - ready, seek or tuning. Connecting the headphones to 3.5 mm slot, the headphones' cable is used as an antenna so the module does not require an external antenna.
