Product description: MakeBlock Neuron - inventor's kit
The MakeBlock Neuron system offers more than30 electronic blocks,including a voice, light and infrared sensor. When children play with Neuron blocks, create and invent new applications,they receive a variety of audio, visual and somatosensorystimuli.
Magnetic blocks connect usingPogo pins,so you can create larger, more complex projects. Neuron blocks also work with LEGO blocks.
Colored MakeBlock Neuron block markings
Neuron blocks were marked with the appropriate colors. The output modules are marked inblue. After receiving data from the input module, it can respond with different signals: from light and movement to sound.
The energy and communication modules are marked ingreen. These blocks are used to power all other blocks and offer various wireless communication options.
Amberis used for the input modules/sensors. These modules send data collected from the surrounding area (e.g. sound, light) to the output module - blue.
Magnetic connectors in MakeBlock Neuron blocks
All blocks can be connected to each other using Pogo Pin magnetic connectors.This interface provides a safe and fast way of connecting, which also prevents the modules from being connected in the wrong way. The blocks can be adapted to other everyday objects, creating voice-activated lights, remote-controlled car models that bypass obstacles and lots of other fun and interesting gadgets.
The blocks also have magnets on the back, allowing you to attach designs to the fridge or magnetic board.
Programming MakeBlock Neuron blocks
You don't need to be familiar with programming in order to create projects. Children can simply combine blocks to create creative designs without having to write code. The Neuron graphical interface allows beginners to easily create projects and add basic or more advanced features.
