I use the TFT LCD display for Raspberry Pi zero working in driver mode. Controlling the screen is not difficult, all you need is a description from the catalog note and the ability to write a short program that sends appropriate sequences of 0s and 1s from GPIO ports to the appropriate display inputs.

Pleasant color LCD display. Unfortunately, it needs a large number of pins to cooperate - 5 plus power plus backlight. I would deduct one star for a complete lack of documentation, but there is a large manufacturer's logo on the board and this allowed me to google the information very quickly, so I'll let it go. I use it for Arduino experiments.
