Description
Relay Attenuator is a hardware volume controller. It was designed to suppress the audio at the exit of the shield Piano DAC with 1 dB per step. It has 6 small relays with 64-step silencers . 64 steps silence 63 dB. Working with Piano, Piano 2.1, Boss DAC. Board communicates via I2C interface onthe Raspberry Pi/Sparky. The board consists of four RCA connectors (two output and two input), red for right channel, white for left channel. Board is powered from connectors of DAC shield.
