The controller increases the voltage in the range of 0.5 to 5.5 V to a constant value of 3.3 V. When exceeding 3.3 V on the input, the system automatically switches to the ropes regulator step-down voltage. The efficiency of the Converter is 70 - 90% depending on input voltage. The system has a standby mode is activated by setting the state to low level output SHDN. In our offer we have also version with an output voltage of 5 Volts.




The module has three pins:

  • SHDN - shutdown system - input low means that the system goes into a low power state. Conclusion it is pulled up to VIN through a resistor, 100 ohms, making the system by default. If the pin is not used, you can leave it not connected or combined with adjacent VIN. Otherwise, it is necessary to observe following recommendations:
    • For VIN < 0.8 V, the voltage for SHDN must be below 0.1 * VIN order to lock the regulator and above 0.9 * VIN to unlock it.
    • For 0.8 V ≤ VIN ≤ 1.5 V, the voltage for SHDN must be below 0,2 * VIN order to lock the regulator and above 0.8 * VIN to unlock it.
    • For VIN >11.5 V , the voltage for SHDN must be below 0.4 Volts to lock the regulator and above 1.2 to unlock it.
