Important information on dispute resolution

For matters not covered by the terms and conditions of the Botland store, the relevant applicable legal provisions shall apply. If the consumer expresses such a wish, disputed issues are solved through mediation proceedings before the Provincial Inspectorates of the Trade Inspection or through the arbitration process at the Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection.


The consumer may also take advantage of equivalent and lawful pre-litigation or out-of-court dispute resolution methods, for example via the EU ODR online platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. As a last resort, the case is resolved by the locally competent court.
