NanoPi – high computing power

The company FriendlyElec decided to meet user expectations for embedded systems, challenging such well-known products like Arduino, Raspberry Pi or BeagleBone. NanoPi this is another interesting alternative to minicomputers jednopłytkowych. The last model M4 has built-in RAM DDR3 4 GB and the system SoC Rockchip RK3399 about the ARM architecture, which combines two dual CPU – dual core Cortex-A72 CPU frequency 2.0 GHz and Quad Cortex-A53 CPU frequency of 1.5 GHz.

NanoPi – the advantages of compact device

As tiny computers available on the market, also NanoPi M4 is equipped with a set of necessary connectors for integration with external devices. Among them, the module connector Ethernet with a bandwidth of 1 Gbps, four USB 3.0 ports, HDMI port, analog TRS connector 3.5 mm for audio device, the CSI and DSI connectors for connecting camera modules, as well as SATA connectors for hard disks. Facilities include also a pad with a fan for active cooling. In the same way as in other platforms for embedded systems, you will also find the modules when using two zones display wi-fi and Bluetooth, as well as 24 - and 40-pin GPIO capable of communicating through UART, SPI and I2C. NanoPi M4 can run on systems Lubuntu and Android.

Practical starter kits NanoPi NEO with accessories

For users that are just beginning the adventure with the embedded systems, we prepared a proposal of starting sets series NanoPi. In this set you will find the tile with the computer NanoPi NEO, radiator with tape termoprzewodzącą and mounting screws, USB cable to micro USB, overlay NanoHat OLED, a microSD memory card and user manual in hand when you first start minikomputera. Tile NanoPi can run on systems with u-boot as UbuntuCore. NanoPi requires a supply voltage of 5 V supplied through the power supply with a micro USB connector. We also offer modules on the icons dedicated to NanoPi.
