The 8-bit PIC18F25K80 modules offer everything you need to design ultra-low power devices that can operate with the use of batteries for many years. The sleep mode power consumption can be reduced up to 20 nA. What is more, the processor can operate at an extremely wide range of voltages (when microcontrollers are concerned) varying from 1.8 to 5.5 volts. There is 32 kB of program memory, over 3.5 kB of RAM memory, 1 kB of EEPROM and the maximum clock signal frequency equals 16 MHz.
